MOT Oakley Basingstoke

All cars used on the road must be tested at the end of its third year and every year thereafter. The UK MOT test covers over 150 checks of safety related and emission checks designed to ensure the safety of the driver, its passengers and other road users. Only authorised testers can examine your vehicle and approve the MOT.

All MOT checks carried out at our garage in Oakley are by VOSA trained technicians. Our technicians are fully authorised and adhere to the procedure as laid down by the "MOT Inspection Manual" and may Pass, Fail or Pass and Advise. In the event your vehicle does not pass the MOT remedial repair work can be carried out often the same day.

There is a maximum fee set by the Department for Transport for a standard car MOT test which currently stands at £54.85. Our MOT Test charge is £45. This is not subject to VAT.
